1. Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
2. Used or cleaned items
3. Items that have been resized or engraved
4. Products with missing accessories
5. Products that have become smelly, dirty, scratched, or damaged while in the customer's possession
6. If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when returned to us is significantly different from when it was delivered
7. Products with opened packaging (products where the packaging is part of the product)
8. Products that have the "No returns" mark on the sales page
9. If the return request is not made by the user themselves

Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless there is a defect in the product or the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
